What a fantastic team of people at WIN Waste! It was such a pleasure to get a personal tour of their Millbury, MA, facility. With a combination of machine and hand sort, the recovery at this facility is so impressive. You can see right off that the safety of their team and customers is a top priority. This facility recovers construction materials such as wood, metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous, concrete, brick, block, cardboard, and drywall.  The innovations they have incorporated to streamline their processing, especially as it regards the wood they are pulling, are really innovative. Their facility is designed to grind the wood for biofuel as part of the plant processing. Operationally, this is a game changer as it reduces handling while still producing a quality product.
