Nestled in the outskirts of Charlotte, NC sits Sennebogen’s North American headquarters led by Constantine Lannes. This family owned and operated company, now being led by the 3rd generation, was started by Erich Sennebogen in post war Germany with the motto, “There is no such thing as can’t.” People needed to move things, especially in agriculture at the time and he created solutions. That spirit of innovation has never left this company. I had the pleasure of receiving a private tour of their North American headquarters and it is truly impressive.

When you walk in, you see miniature models of their equipment and it is easy to see how they have become a leader in their industry, but it is the positive culture you feel right as you enter. You can see that people like working here. Sennebogen is very customer centric and strives to keep that as their primary focus. Their equipment represents this well. They have taken customer feedback and used it to make improvements. Things like the ability to do maintenance from the ground, easier and safer means of entering and exiting the cab, and providing uptime kits to make maintenance easier and reduce downtime. Sennebogen also looks long term. They invest in their people and have a culture of education with internship programs and training classes to ensure that as they grow, there is always continuity and care for the customers who got them here. As Sennebogen continues to grow and innovate, they stay well grounded in their roots to serve and innovate.
