L&J Processing is a family owned and operated recycling facility making big waves in the City of Baltimore. Lenzie Johnson, the patriarch of the family is a long time business owner and operator in Baltimore. Starting out in the hauling business with one dump truck, he has built his legacy on hard work and quality service. His two sons and daughter grew up in the business and learned first hand the value of hard work. They are now also independent  business owners and work together to run and support the L&J Processing facility and their affiliated hauling company. 

It is hard to say enough about the closeness of this family and how their dedication not only for each other, but for the City of Baltimore motivates them to expand and grow. They do this not only by supporting local hauling, waste and recycling initiatives, they support local social programs for Baltimore’s youth, providing opportunities to youth who are working to reenter the workforce and are at the forefront of the community. They have a wall in their office covered with awards and recognition for the work they do. Their most recent accolade came when they were selected as a small business partner for the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens which they are very proud of as the entire family are diehard fans.
